Society of e-Governance Digitization Data Center (SEGDC) is a premier E-Governance Organization, at the forefront of the active promotion and implementation of digitization and Information Technology (DIT) solutions in National level. SEGDC has spearheaded the e-Governance drive in the country for the last three decades building a strong foundation for better and more transparent governance.

The Aim of the endeavor undertaken by the SEGDC, Kochi is to digitize the library of some of the identified government schools in Kerala, which are economically as well as socially backward or undeveloped. This project enables digital environment to the students making their school curriculum more interesting and realistic, so as to match the modern trends of education.
